Glosol is proudly executing a prestigious LSTK automation project for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) – R&D Division, as part of the development of their world-class "Indian Oil Technology Development and Deployment Centre". Envisioned as the world’s largest and most sustainable Net Zero campus, this facility sets global benchmarks in research excellence, occupational health and safety, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability, aligning with GRIHA-5 and LEED Platinum standards. Glosol’s scope includes the design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning of a robust DCS system with 5000+ I/Os, a SIL-3 Safety System, and the complete field instrumentation package.
The project has achieved a major milestone with the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for both the DCS and SIL-3 systems in early 2025. Site installation and commissioning activities are currently underway, with most of the field instrumentation packages already inspected, dispatched, and ready for integration. This high-value, technology-intensive project showcases Glosol’s strength, commitment, and capability in delivering complex and large-scale automation solutions for next-generation R&D and process facilities.
